Shipping policy

We offer many shipping rates both UPS and USPS. Our policy is that once shipped, it is up to the customer to return the merchandise at their cost for a refund. The refund amount has a restocking fee, and if the merchandise is not in "new" condition, there is additional fees applied. This standard policy is available on our website. They also have 2 weeks to evaluate and return for full refund, again, subject to restocking and damage. On occasion, we don't take the fees, if the situation suggests.
